Club Accounts to 31/05/15 files at Companies House

The accounts for Pars United CIC and Dunfermline Athletic Football Club Limited have been filed at Companies House

The Statutory accounts of Pars United CIC and of Dunfermline Athletic Football Club Limited for the year ended 31 May 2015 have now been filed at Companies House and will shortly be issued to the company’s shareholders.

The PU accounts reflect the company’s continued financial support of DAFC, and the raising of further equity capital of £36,385.

The DAFC accounts cover the first full year of operation since the company came out of administration on 13 December 2013.

The loss for the year is, allowing for the charge for depreciation (which does not involve the movement of any cash), almost exactly in line with the budgeted outcome.

In his chairman’s statement, Bob Garmory pays tribute to the loyalty, commitment and generosity of everyone associated with the club, as he looks forward to a successful season in 2015-16.
